How it works
Save the supplier once. Every invoice after that is a quote, a send and a chain of notifications.
Approved, then sent
A quote holds its numbers for 15 minutes and can be refreshed, so the amount the approver saw is the amount that goes out.
Never paid twice
Every payment carries a key of your own. A retry after a timeout returns the original result instead of sending again.
Save the supplier
Store them as a business with their bank account. Nodu tells you which details the rail needs and checks them.
Quote the invoice
By the amount to receive, with your reference on it. The rate, fees and delivered amount come back locked.
Send and follow
Send with the quote and follow the transfer to delivery through signed notifications.
