Regulatory status

• Nodu Canada Inc. is a FINTRAC-registered MSB.
• Bank of Canada PSP registration is pending.
• Nodu Digital SIA is licensed by Latvijas Banka as a MiCA crypto-asset service provider and as a payment institution.
